Terms and Conditions for ASSOCIATES
of The People’s Ministry
Welcome to The People’s Ministry. TPM and its Affiliates
provide their services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit
or shop within this website, you accept these conditions. Please read them
carefully.
Our
associates are people who so strongly believe in the value of “People Helping
People,” that they play an important role in guaranteeing the continued growth
and success of The People’s Ministry. As an associate of The People’s
Ministry you will have access to all of our valuable benefits and projects.
In return
you agree to:
1. I
understand that The People's Ministry is a Global Ministry introducing people
to its Ministry and Membership Benefits.

any legal disputes regarding this agreement will be settled through

Advertising
6. I understand that all advertising, marketing
and presentation materials will be available for download through my The
People's Ministry Business Software.
7. I understand that no literature, in any form,
is to be used for advertising The People's Ministry, except as issued directly
by The People's Ministry. I agree NOT to create any marketing material on my
own, including Business Cards.
8. I
understand that to protect all parties involved, the following forms of
advertising are strictly prohibited:
1. NO Internet Advertising.
2. NO personal websites promoting The
People’s Ministry.
3. NO Email Advertising, Spam, or Email
Blasts.
4. NO Social Network Advertising
(Facebook, MySpace, Twitter etc.).
5. NO Newspaper or Magazine Advertising.
9. I
understand if I advertise any aspect of TPM, via any form of Internet
Advertising, I will immediately be suspended for 30 days and could be
permanently removed.
10. I understand if I create a website promoting or describing
The People’s Ministry, I will immediately be suspended for 30 days and could be
permanently removed.
11. I understand if I use any form of email advertising,
including spam, or email blasts to promote or describe The People’s Ministry, I
will immediately be suspended for 30 days and could be permanently removed.
12. I understand if I use any form of social networking,
including Facebook, MySpace, Twitter etc., to promote or describe The People’s
Ministry, I will immediately be suspended for 30 days and could be permanently
removed.
13. I understand if I use any form of print advertising,
including newspaper or magazine advertising to promote or describe The People’s
Ministry, I will immediately be suspended for 30 days and could be permanently
removed.
Presenting The

14. I agree to
limit my explanation of The People's Ministry Membership benefits to the
approved presentation materials.
15. I understand the importance of representing myself and
The People's Ministry to all potential members - regardless of faith, race or
nationality - with the greatest possible courtesy and professionalism.
16. I understand I will be held accountable at all times.

of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected
to, or sponsored by The People’s Ministry or its subsidiaries.
The People’s Ministry grants you a limited license to
access and make personal use of this site and not to download (other than page
caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with express written
consent of The People’s Ministry. This license does not include any resale or
commercial use of this site or its contents: any collection and use of any
product listings, descriptions, or prices: any derivative use of this site or

link does not portray The People’s Ministry, its associates, or their products
or services in a false, misleading, derogatory, or otherwise offensive matter.
You may not use any The People’s Ministry logo or other proprietary graphic or

exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this

Arbitration Association. The arbitrators award shall
be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this
Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject
to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
