Eastman Curtis - Directory of Ministry, Oklahoma

 

From his rebellious youth to ministering to people worldwide, Eastman’s career has demonstrated his commitment to “walking his talk.” In his work he has traveled extensively as an evangelist, hosted his own TV show, co-hosted the 700 Club with Pat Robertson, appeared as a regular on the Hour of Healing with Richard Roberts, authored several best-selling Christian books, and founded the Destiny Church in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Eastman currently serves as the Pastor of the Celebration Church of Tulsa with his wife Dawn.

 

Eastman enjoys spending free time with family and friends. He and Dawn ride Harley’s, he plays percussion in three bands, and he loves being in the great outdoors.

 

As the Director of Ministry for TPM, Eastman says, “I’m thrilled to be a part of TPM and believe that I have been preparing my whole life for this mission – helping people help people.”

 

Randy Boyte - Online Evangelist, Texas

 

Randy became an ordained minister in 1980. He served as a Youth Pastor, Associate Pastor and Pastor for 17+ years. Randy comes from a rich Christian heritage as his father, brother and son-in-law are all pastors. His wife of 35 years, Margaret, is also intricately involved in the ministry, putting her gift for working with women and children to good use.

 

Pickton, Texas, has been home to Randy for almost 18 years. In addition to owning three very successful businesses in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, his church serves over 600 residents in a town of only 621 people.

 

Randy says, “I am involved in TPM because it has always been my desire and calling in life to reach out to people. I know I was created for ministry and friendship evangelism.  Preaching is almost as fun as eating - and I love to eat - especially Southern cooking.”

 

Chinkee Tan – Spiritual Advisor, Philippines

 

Chinkee is a well-known and highly-regarded radio and TV personality in the Philippines. He is the co-host of the famous Christian program CBN Asia 700 Club, and is the host of the “Chink Positive” radio show. Chinkee has also authored three best-selling books: Till Debt Do Us Part, For Richer and For Poorer, and Rich God, Poor God.

 

Chinkee's mission and passion in life is to teach people to be debt free and financially free. An inspirational and motivational speaker, he is considered to be an "Edutainer" in the speaking circuit. Chinkee delivers his powerful and compelling message using humor which guarantees a learning and a life-changing experience for his audience.

 

Averaging around 200 speaking engagement per year, he is one of the most sought after speakers for company, organization, and church events, teaching people how to handle their finances in a simple, practical and yet biblical way. Over 50 people have become millionaires in their business though Chinkee’s coaching.

 

Chinkee is involved in TPM because he is always looking for opportunities to help others. He says that the mission of The People’s Ministry matches what he believes in – when you help others get what they want in life, you will get what you want.

 

Will Fjetland – Ministry Advisor, Washington

 

For the past 25 years, Will has been successful in both sales and business development for the construction and technology industries. He is a self-described “out-of-the-box-thinker” who likes to make things happen.

 

Will is a very outgoing person who volunteers to help everyone he knows with their projects, which is why he jokes, “My wife wants to hire someone to do the work we need done at home.”

 

Will loves to worship and pray, especially for sick children. He believes in the mission of TPM and looks forward to developing new programs and missions for TPM members and their local communities.

 

The entire Fjetland family is very physically active; Will’s wife is an accomplished tri-athlete and his kids are extraordinary at soccer and mountain biking. Will enjoys exercising, fishing and photography, and devotes at least 30 minutes daily to reading about self- improvement and empowerment. 

Judy Harkins – Ministry Advisor, Oregon

 

For her entire life, Judy has been involved in the ministry. She is a preacher's daughter and a preacher's wife. Her brothers are preachers and so is one of her son's-in-law. She is retired from pastoral ministry now, but in the past, Judy volunteered her time at her church teaching Sunday
school, children's church, and playing piano. Currently, she coordinates a church Food Share program for the needy.

She and her husband live in Oregon, where she is a licensed insurance agent and nail technician.  Judy also devotes time to staying in touch with a large network of friends, offering her help to the people she cares about.

Judy says that her gift is coordinating, organizing and teaching. She loves sharing good news, which is why she is so compelled to spread the word about The People's Ministry. "TPM is different, it's unique, and it's so right for today's society. We have a great team of wonderful people working together to bring the most important message in the world to people who might not hear it from any other source or in any other way."

 

Bernie Mangrum – Ministry Advisor, Oklahoma

 

For the past 74 years, Bernie has made his home on 200 acres in the country. He and his wife Darlene raised six children there and are blessed with fourteen grandkids and three great grandkids.

 

After working in concrete and industrial sales, Bernie ran his own construction business until his retirement in 2009. He says that he and his wife are “prayer warriors,” Over the years he has felt privileged to teach Bible classes and serve on the board of his church.

 

Both Bernie and Darlene see TPM as a true blessing. They feel that the elderly, in particular, need to be helped, comforted, prayed for, and remembered. “The idea of people helping people has become very real to us as we have introduced our family and friends to this ministry.”  Bernie is committed to contributing to the success of TPM because as he says, “TPM is what our nation and world needs right now.”

 

Lance McCandless – Ministry Advisor, Arkansas

 

Lance and his wife Rhodora live in Ashdown, AR, which is located in the southwestern part of the state. Lances loves to hunt and fish, but the more importantly he loves spending time with his family, especially his five grandkids.


For 35 years Lance worked as an electrician at the Domtar Paper Mill. He serves as a deacon in the Central Baptist Church in Ashdown where he has been a member his entire life.


He was drawn to The People’s Ministry because he saw the opportunity to truly help others. “This ministry will provide so much assistance and support for people in need and that’s important to me. I hope that by working in this ministry I will come closer to God and help others do the same.”

 

Tom Mills – Ministry Advisor, Hawaii

 

Tom and Janis, his wife of 48 years have made Maui, Hawaii their home for over 22 years. He is 70 years young, and has two children Greg and Deborah, plus five grandchildren, all born in Hawaii. Tom and his family spend a lot of their free time with Church outreach programs of all kinds, but also find time to enjoy island activities such as snorkeling and swimming.

  

Professionally, Tom has held his Realtor and Insurance licenses for over 40 years. He is currently a Real Estate Broker on Maui, and has been a licensed Evangelist/Pastor for the past 9+ years.

 

When Tom was introduced to TPM he says he felt as if he had received a new and fresh vision from the Lord.  It was as if my life finally was completed and everything that I desired would now come to fruition. I could finally be a part of a world wide ministry. I could now, through TPM, achieve my heart’s desire to serve God and mankind spiritually, financially, emotionally, and physically.”

 

Aquil H. Muhammad – Ministry Advisor, Ohio

 

With an extended family, including four daughters and two sons, three granddaughters and three grandsons, plus one great-granddaughter and a great-grandson, Aquil is known to many as “Papa.” He enjoys traveling, spending time with family, reading, and watching the LA Lakers and Oakland Raiders.

 

Most of his professional career has centered around the financial industry: insurance, real estate, mutual funds, and mortgage loans.  Aquil loves to build businesses and create opportunities because his motto is, “Help enough people get what they want, and you will get what you want.”

 

As his #1 passion is helping people, he is very excited about TPM. Aquil believes that through TPM he can help people come to understand and know God. He also plans to form his own non-profit foundation to work in conjunction with TPM.

 

Jason Schwartz – Not for Profit Advisor, Hawaii

 

Jason is the Executive Director of the DreamMakers Foundation based on Maui, Hawaii - locally known as the Maui Arts & Music Association (MAMA) and People Aligned in Positive Action (PAPA). He has hosted, directed, edited and produced more than 500 “M.A.M.A. PRESENTS…” television shows on Maui’s own station, Akaku TV, for 18 years with his partner Arielle Pearson.  Jason also has extensive experience in the real estate, mortgage and insurance industries.

 

He is involved with raising capital to promote and create programs and jobs in art, music, culture and environment. He says, "I believe I can be an ambassador of peace and harmony and an integral part of the success of The People's Ministry.”

 

Living in beautiful Maui, Hawaii, allows Jason to enjoy visiting the beaches, swimming, boating and hiking. He is also a talented singer.
