William D. McCullough – President and TPM Co- Founder, Oklahoma
Married to his wife Mona for 57 years, Bill has quite
an extended family with five sons, three daughters and forty three grand and
great-grand children. He lives in Norman,
Oklahoma, and as time allows
enjoys fishing, traveling, reading and going to the beach.
For 52 years Bill made his career in the Construction
Industry. Working as a Civil Engineer, Construction Manager and finally forming
his own construction company, he built major dams and generating plants for the
US Army of Engineers, shopping centers, Wal-Mart stores and HUD Indian housing.
Bill also has been active for the past 11 years developing online programs for
numerous companies.
As a founder of The People’s Ministry, Bill says, “Thanks to the TPM business
plan, the contributions of the dedicated TPM leaders, and the blessing of God,
I am convinced that we will succeed in our mission to meet the needs of people
everywhere by developing the world’s largest ministry of people helping
people.”
Dawn R. McCullough
– TPM Co-Founder, Oklahoma
Dawn
and her husband Stephen were married in 1988 on the Fourth of July. She is a
devoted grandmother to three year old Nixon Dawn, and nine year old Isaiah, and
her interests include interior decorating, fashion, riding motorcycles and
hanging out anywhere there is an ocean.
After working in office management until 2000, she moved into business
development full time with Stephen saying that they enjoy doing everything
together. Being directly involved in many aspects of The People’s Ministry, she
works behind the scenes overseeing all customer support issues and coordinating
the TPM Blog. “I am very proud of the
TPM Blog. I love hearing from so many TPM members who say that they are
inspired by one thing or another that they have read on the blog.”
Dawn says that working with The People’s Ministry
has changed her life; inspiring her to learn more about the Bible, and allowing
her the opportunity to meet so many incredible people from all walks of life
who are coming together to help others.
Al Green – Corporate Leadership Advisor, Washington
Al
lives in Medina, WA, just across the lake
from Seattle. He is a bit of an
anomaly as both sides of his family have lived in Washington State since the 1800's.
Playing competitive tennis, fishing and boating in the beautiful waters of WA
and British Columbia and preparing quality meals with family and friends are
just a few of his interests.
Al
has an impressive history in both the finance and insurance industries. He
was one of the top Commodity Trading Advisors in the U.S. in 2007 and
2008, through the company he founded and served as Managing
Director, Profit Navigation LLC. He also founded and
managed Investment Grade Life, LLC, giving him unique experience and
insight into the world of insurance.
Al
is very excited to be working with The People's
Ministry. He strongly believes that our world needs more creative,
win-win forms of commerce and capitalism. Al feels that our communities
already have the resources needed to bring about positive and meaningful
change; they just need to be developed through a skilled and dedicated team of
like-minded people.
Lynn Spivey – Communications
Director, Idaho
Attracted to innovative ideas, Lynn has been an
entrepreneur for most of her career. For over 20 years, she designed individual
and corporate wellness programs in the health and fitness industry. Then her
focus shifted to personal and professional development and she worked as a
sales trainer and marketing consultant in the financial services field.
Lynn was drawn to The People’s
Ministry because she believes wholeheartedly in its basic premise of creating
win-win situations and focusing on solutions rather than problems. “We can’t
wait around for someone else to help us out. We need to come together, pool our
resources, and be proactive,” she states.

They love being close to family, enjoy all things outdoors and are devoted BSU
Bronco fans.
